Chad H. Joshi, CEO, is a seasoned C-level executive who has successfully founded and operated early-stage ventures. Most recently he served in interim operating positions with Owl Power Co., and Resolute Marine Energy to assist them with business strategy and development, and fundraising.  Previously, he founded Energen, a motion control solutions company which sold its image stabilization technology to Panavision Federal Systems.  He was an early hire at American Superconductor Corp. where he was instrumental in the development and execution of their technology strategy.  Previously he developed industrial energy efficiency products at Thermo Electron.  He holds a Ph.D. from MIT, and a BS from WPI.

Dr. Glenn Horner, VP of Research, was a founder and VP of business development at Aprilis – a manufacturer of holographic media and data storage systems.  Prior to founding Aprilis, Glenn held a variety of technical and managerial positions at Polaroid over twelve years, most recently in the executive rank in the dual role of Program Manager and Department Manager in the R&D division. He holds degrees in Chemistry with honors from the Johns Hopkins University and a Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry from the University of Chicago. He is a co-author on eight refereed publications and five patents.

Dr. Sanjeev Mukerjee, Co-founder, is Professor in the Department of Chemistry and Chemical Biology (Northeastern University); where he has been since 1998.  He also heads the newly created center for Renewable Energy Technology at Northeastern University and its Laboratory for Electrochemical Advanced Power (LEAP).  He is a recognized expert on electrochemistry, fuel cells and electroyzer technology. Encite Corp, Burlington, MA and Protonex Corp., Westboro, MA have ongoing sponsored projects in the lab.
